HUBUNGAN SLEEP HYGIENE DENGAN KUALITAS TIDUR PADA LANSIA DI DUSUN VI SILO BONTO KECAMATAN SILAU LAUT TAHUN 2022

Cell deterioration occurs in old age due to the aging mechanism, which can result in physical decline, weakened organs, and various regenerative problems. The most common problem that occurs in the elderly due to the aging process is a change in sleep quality. Insomnia is a common sleep quality disorder in the elderly that results in decreased sleep quality. Good sleep hygiene can help improve sleep quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between sleep hygiene and sleep quality in the elderly in Dusun VI Silo Bonto, Silau Laut District. This quantitative study used a correlation method with a cross-sectional design approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a sample size of 46 respondents. The data analysis used was the Chi-Square test. The results of the Chi-Square test were obtained with a significance level of a = 0.05. If the value is ≤ 0.05 (a: 5%), then the hypothesis is accepted. The statistical test result obtained a value of 0.020, which is smaller than the alpha (a) value of 0.05, thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between sleep hygiene and sleep quality in the elderly in Dusun VI Silo Bonto, Silau Laut District in 2022, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.   &nbsp

Pengaruh Kompres Aloe vera Terhadap Flebitis Akibat Pemasangan Infus (IV Line)

Flebitis dapat menghambat tindakan medis melalui vena, akses cairan, obat dan nutrisi yang akan diberikan pada pasien, selain itu flebitis juga dapat menyebabkan peningkatan resiko infeksi dan bahkan sepsis.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui skala flebitis dengan pemberian kompres aloe vera pada pasien yang terpasang infus. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan quasy eksperiment dan menggunakan desain (one-group pre-post test design) . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Grandmed Lubuk Pakam. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini mengunakan teknik non probably sampling menggunkan metode Consecutive sampling sejumlah 31 orang. Data diperoleh melalui skala observasi dan di lakukan uji statistic dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perubahan skala nyeri yang dialami oleh responden yang mengalami flebitis dimana rata –rata responden terlhat ada perubahan gejala yang awalnya ada tanda gejala flebitis setelah diberikan kompres aloe vera tanda dan gejala itu berkirang dan bahkan ada responden yang tidak lagi merasakan gejala flebitis tersebut. Dari hasil uji statistik wilcoxon diperoleh hasil bahwa p Value = 0,000 α = 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan  pemberian kompres aloe vera terhadap perubahan derajat  flebitis. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa  pemberian kompres aloe vera juga terbukti efektif dan bermanfaat dalam penanganan flebitis. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat dapat menerapkan terapi nonfarmakologi seperti pemberiankompres aloe vera untuk penanganan flebitis sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan bisa lebih berkualitas dan dapat  dilakukan dengan lebih tepat

PENGARUH PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN MODEL PEER GROUP TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP REMAJA TENTANG TUBERKULOSIS PARU

Peer groups are teenagers who are equal to the same age and maturity level as well as a place to socialize. One of the problem in adolescence is the lack of knowledge and attitude towards pulmonary TB disease. Purpose of this research to know influence of health counseling peer group model to knowledge and attitude of adolescent about pulmonary TB, type of quasi experimental research, using a comparison group given intervention with non- intervention. This research process has been carried out in april- june 2017 at YP Senior High School Singosari Deli Tua Regency Deli Serdang by method simple random sampling. The number of samples is 76 (38 respondents of intervention group and 38  respondents of non-intervention group). The result showed there was a significant difference (p<0,05) the average value of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents  in the intervention and non-intervention groups. This conclusion shows that there is influence of health counseling peer group model to knowledge and attitude of adolescent about pulmonary TB at YP Senior High School Singosari Deli Tua Regency DeliSerdang

PENGARUH SENAM PROLANIS TERHADAP PENURUNAN KADAR GULA DARAH PADA LANSIA DI PUSKESMAS DOLAT RAYAT KABUPATEN KARO TAHUN 2020

Abstract   In Indonesia, diabetes mellitus continues to show a significant increase in cases each year.The development of various degenerative diseases are currently very rapidly. Degenerative diseases are usually referred to diseases that accompany the aging process.Blood sugar levels are a form of carbohydrate metabolism that serves as the main energy source is isontrolled by insulin. Diabetes occurs due to increased blood sugar levels or hyperglycemia due to insulin deficiency. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that cases of diabetes mellitus in 2015 reached 415 million cases of adults with diabetes. It is due to never stretching joint muscles such as aerobic exercise or jogging, it is necessary to do prolanis gymnastics.The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of prolanis exercise on reducing blood sugar levels in the elderly at the DolatRayat Health Center in Karo District. The type of research is a pre-experimental design with pre and post test one group design. The population of this study was 40 people. The number of samples in this study were 40 people with saturated sample techniques (total sampling). Data were analyzed by using paired sample t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of Prolanis exercises on reducing blood sugar levels in the elderly at the Dolat Rayat Health Center in Karo District, where a p-value obtained 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, it is expected that the results of the research can be additional information for Public Health Centre and related institutions to continue promoting this program

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KECEMASAN ANGGOTA KELUARGA PADA PENULARAN TB PARU DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM SEMBIRING DELI TUA

Lungs Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by microbial tuberculosis. In 2015 the results of WHO data, Indonesia was among the top 6 countries with the most cases of lungs TB. For the community, TB disease has become a threat, because if one family member has TB then it might affect other family members, one of which will cause anxiety about transmission. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with anxiety of family members in pulmonary TB transmission in sembiring public hospital. The method of this study was observational analytic with cross sectional approach with the sample in this study were 25 family members of lungs tuberculosis patients. An instrument of anxiety research use questionnaire of State Anxiety Invntory (S-Ai) Form Y. Statistical test used Chi Square test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between age factors with family member anxiety on transmission of lungs TB at the sembiring public hospital with p value 0.005 (p <0.05), this study shows that there is a significant relationship between sex factors with anxiety of family members on transmission of lungs TB at the sembiring public hospital with p value 0.002 (p <0.05), this study showed that there was a significant relationship between factors of knowledge and anxiety of family members on transmission of lungs TB at sembiring public hospital with p value 0.003 (p <0.05), this study shows that there is a significant relationship between attitudinal factors and family members' anxiety on transmission of lungs TB at the sembiring public hospital with p value 0.009 (p <0.05). Suggestions for health agencies are expected to provide additional insight, information and also the basis for optimizing the handling of anxiety by family members about transmission of lungs TB

PENGARUH KOMPRES HANGAT JAHE TERHADAP PENURUNAN SKALA NYERI ARTRITIS REUMATOID PADA LANSIA DI DESA LAU RAKIT DUSUN II KECAMATAN STM HILIR KAB DELI SERDANG

Rematik (Arthritis Rheumatoid) adalah penyakit inflamasi sistemik kronis, inflamasi sistemik yang dapat mempengaruhi jaringan dan organ, terutama menyerang fleksibel (sinovial) sendi (WHO,2016).Berdasarkan American College Of Rheumathology (2013) menyatakan bahwa 52,5 juta atau sekitar 23% penduduk Amerika Serikat menderita artritis reumatoid. Saat ini diperkirakan paling tidak 355 juta penduduk dunia menderita reumatik, yang artinya 1 dari 6 penduduk dunia mengalami penyakit reumatik. Sementara itu, hasilsurvey di benua Eropa pada tahun 2004 menunjukkan bahwa penyakit reumatik merupakan penyakit kronik yang paling sering dijumpai. Kurang lebih 50% penduduk eropa yang berusia diatas 50 tahun mengalami keluhan nyeri muskuloskletal (Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara, 2010). Semua jenis rematik menimbulkan rasa nyeri yang mengganggu sehingga kemampuan gerak seseorang dapat terganggu oleh adanya penyakit rematik (Riskesdes, 2007 dalam Maj kedokteran Indonesia, 2009).Salah satu intervensi non-farmakologi yang dapat dilakukan perawat secara mandiri dalam menurunkan skala nyeri artritis reumatoid yaitu dengan kompres jahe hangat (Sentoso, 2013). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-Eksperiment dengan menggunakan rancangan One Grop Pre-Post Tes Design. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 13 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic uji t pengaruh kompres jahe terhadap penurunan skala nyeri diketahui bahwa nilai p = 0.001 yaitu p < 0.05 dengan demikian Ho ditolak yang memiliki arti ada pengaruh kompres hangat jahe terhadap penurunan skala nyeri atritis reumatoid

HUBUNGAN FUNGSI AFEKTIF KELUARGA DENGAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL REMAJA DI SMA NEGERI 1 KECAMATAN PANAI HULU KABUPATEN LABUHAN BATU TAHUN 2019

One of the family vital function is affective function. Fulfilling the affective function of the family is defined as the ability of the family to meet the need for comfort and happiness. Adolescents are now very worried because they experience difficulties in emotional intelligence due to the lack of family support they receive and is at risk of the teenager doing negative things or deviating. This type of research is descriptive with an approach Cross Sectional to know relationship between family affective and adolescent emotional intelligence. Location of this research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Sub District Panai Hulu District Labuhan Batu and this research was conducted in November 2018. The sample of this study was students on SMA Negeri 1 Sub District Panai Hulu District Labuhan Batu which numbered 86 people whose sampling uses techniques Starified Random Sampling. Data analysis using test Chi-Square. Result of statistical test say, there is a relationship between family affective and adolescent emotional intelligence in SMA Negeri 1 Sub District Panai Hulu Dixtrict Labuhan Batu. The results of the study show the importance of good family affectuive functions so that adolescent emotional intelligence can be applied in a positive form

PENGARUH SENAM ERGONOMIK TERHADAP PENURUNAN KADAR ASAM URAT PADA LANJUT USIA DI DESA PEMATANG KUING KECAMATAN SEI SUKA KABUPATEN BATU BARA

Uric acid is an inflammation of the joints caused by the accumulation of crystals in the joints due to disturbances of purine metabolism in the body. Purine is a protein that undergoes metabolism in the body which is converted into uric acid. Under normal circumstances uric acid will be excreted through feces and urine. According to WHO in Indonesia suffered from uric acid in 2018 age 34 years by 35%, age 55-64 years by 45,0%, age 65–74 years by 51,9%, age ≥75 years by 54,8%. In this case the increasing number of uric acid sufferers non-pharmacological measures such as ergonomic gymnastics which aims to help facilitate blood circulation in the body. The aims of the study to determine the effect of ergonomic exercise on reducing uric acid level in the elderly in village Pematang Kuing Sei Suka Batu Bara.This is Pre Experimental study with One Group Pre Test- Post Test design. The sampling of the technique used in the study was Purposive Sampling with a total samples of 16 elderly people. The measurement of uric acid level was done using the GCU (Glucose Uric Acid) touch easy tool. The data of the analysis technique used the Wilcoxon test to determine the effect of ergonomic exercise before and after being given therapy. The results using Wilcoxon showed that the p value was 0,000 (p<0,05). So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, that there is an effect of ergonomic exercise on reducing uric acid level in the elderly in village Pematang Kuing Sei Suka Batu Bara. PERBEDAAN RESPON PSIKOLOGIS PERAWAT IGD RSU SEMBIRING DALAM MENGHADAPI VIRUS COVID 19 DAN VARIAN BARU VIRUS CORONA DI ERA ADAPTASI KEBIASAAN BARU

Penanganan virus COVID-19 belum berakhir, dan kini perawat ruang gawat darurat harus berhadapan dengan munculnya varian baru virus COVID-19. Menurut Kementerian Kesehatan RI, kasus baru varian virus COVID-19 kini telah tiba di Sumatera Utara. Sejauh ini, delapan orang di Kota Medan dipastikan terinfeksi virus Omnicron varian baru COVID-19. Hal ini tentu saja menyebabkan peningkatan respon psikologis berupa stres dan kecemasan pada perawat ruang gawat darurat RSU. menirukan. Desain penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional terhadap analisis 28 perawat ruang gawat darurat RSUD Sembiring Deli Tua, untuk menganalisis perbedaan respon psikologis perawat ruang gawat darurat RSUD Sembiring dalam menghadapi dengan mengatasi penyakit. virus covid 19 dan varian baru coronavirus beradaptasi dengan zaman kebiasaan baru. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Deli Tuasan Merrill Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Grandmed Lubuk Pakam. Dikarenakan jumlah Populasi yang kecil, makan besar sampel penelitian diambil dari keseluruhan populasi yaitu sebanyak 28 orang perawat IGD di RSU Sembiring, Deli Tua. Data primer Data yang di peroleh langsung dari responden wawancara dengan menggunakan instrumen (kuesioner). Data sekunder berupa data kepegawaian dari RSU Sembiring, Deli Tua. Mayoritas perawat yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini mengalami reaksi psikologis berupa kecemasan berat dan stres ringan dalam menghadapi Covid-19, mengalami reaksi psikologis berupa kecemasan sedang dalam menghadapi varian baru Covid-19. -19, dan mengalami reaksi psikologis berupa stres ringan dalam menghadapi varian baru virus Covid-1

PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI BAHASA INGGRIS MAHASISWA APOTEKER PROGRAM STUDI APOTEKER FAKULTAS FARMASI INSTITUT KESEHATAN DELI HUSADA DELI TUA

This community Counseling activity aims to instill enthusiasm and willingness in students to get used to practicing English for Pharmacist Students (Apt) Pharmacist Study Program Faculty of Pharmacy INSTITUTE OF HEALTH DELI HUSADA (IKDH) DELI TUA are less proficient in English, especially students at the final semester and graduates Pharmacists who will to continue their education to have Mastering degree or Doctoral degree. This counseling intended to Pharmacist Students of Pharmacy Faculty of Pharmacy Study Program in IKDH environment as many as 40 Pharmacist Students class of 2022/2023, who are currently pursuing further studies. This counseling involved English lecturers and Pharmacist Lecturers participating of IKDH. The counseling material of this activity is Speaking by Using Vocabulary in Pharmatical Term and Health Problems. Students are also directed with an approach to use correct grammar in speaking and reading How to Say. These three things ways are the basis for practicing these activities. Apart from inviting them to get used to speaking English, the students also received a question and answer response from the facilitators of this activity and to know what is the difficulties ways students were facing while practicing. The Pharmacist Students feel happy and are more confident to advance speaking practice. Pharmacist students join a special ENGLISH CLUB class at IKDH to deepen their understanding of the English language
